Chantal cooks with produce from Patrick's garden and other local produce, preferably organic.

Everything is homemade with love.

Chantal et Patrick  go to La Rochelle market twice a week to buy fresh fish, poultry and other meat. They request that you book your evening meal in advance so they can do the necessary shopping.

Any diet can be requested.
